- You must provide accurate account information
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
What hey.lol is
hey.lol is a social platform where creators launch a token and supporters buy passes in it. A pass is a stake in a creator: it unlocks access to their world and can rise or fall in value with demand. hey.lol operates the platform, the launchpad, and the balances that make this work.
Passes and trading
- A pass can go up or down in value. If you sell for less than you paid, you take a loss
- Nothing on hey.lol is investment advice, and no outcome is guaranteed
- Selling a pass gives up the access that came with it, including community access, your superfan tag, and your share of the creator's earnings
- Every token launches through the same launchpad with no presales and no insider allocations; the creator's own supply is locked
Creator earnings and referrals
- Creators earn 1% of every trade of their token, credited automatically and claimable from their Studio
- Creators may share a portion of their earnings with their superfans on the terms they configure
- Referral rewards are paid from hey.lol's own fees, on the schedule shown in the product
- You are responsible for any tax obligations related to your earnings
Payments and balances
- You see everything in dollars. Under the hood, balances are held as USDC on the Solana blockchain
- You can add money by card or other supported methods and withdraw your balance to your bank
- hey.lol charges a fee on trades made on the platform; current fees are shown in the product
- hey.lol holds custodial wallets on your behalf and is not a bank
User content
- You retain ownership of content you create and post
- You grant hey.lol a license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform
- You are solely responsible for the content you post
- We may remove content that violates these terms or our community guidelines
Community guidelines
The following content and behavior are prohibited:
- Illegal content or activity
- Harassment, hate speech, threats, or bullying
- Spam, scams, market manipulation, or misleading content
- Impersonation of other users or entities
- Content involving minors in sexual or exploitative contexts
- Malware, phishing, or other malicious content
- Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or a permanent ban.
Account termination
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
- You may delete your account at any time by contacting support
- Upon termination, your content may be removed from the platform
Disclaimers
- The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee uptime, availability, pass values, or earnings
- We are not responsible for content posted by other users
- We are not responsible for losses caused by blockchain network issues outside our control
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, hey.lol and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless hey.lol from any claims arising from content you post or your violation of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes.
